Appalachian Bee Spring Blossom Honey is the first honey our bees produce for the season made from a variety of spring blossoms. It is a light colored honey with a wonderfully mild but distinct flavor. This honey is perfect for a variety of uses such as a natural sweetener for beverages, in your favorite recipe, or a cheese or fruit appetizer accompaniment. Some of the varieties of nectar in our Spring Blossom Honey include Blackberry, Clover, and Dandelion.
